Diablo Valley battled hard on the road but came up short against Folsom Lake, falling 3–1 (22–25, 26–24, 12–25, 15–25).
The Vikings put together their best effort in the second set, hitting .200 as a team behind strong swings from Ryann Jones (8 kills, .217) and Kaya Ferreira (7 kills). Jisela Banuelos added 5 kills and 12 assists, while Ahimee Mercado chipped in 12 assists and a team-high 12 digs. Defensively, Avah Ghazvini anchored the back row with 18 digs.
Despite taking set two to even the match, DVC couldn't hold off Folsom Lake's momentum in sets three and four.

Back at home, Diablo Valley was swept by Santa Rosa in straight sets (13–25, 20–25, 19–25).
The Vikings struggled offensively and were unable to register a kill in the match, while Santa Rosa hit .241 as a team. DVC's serve receive and defense kept them competitive in the second and third sets, but the Vikings couldn't sustain scoring runs against Santa Rosa's balanced attack.
The loss dropped Diablo Valley to 1–9 overall and 0–4 in Big 8 Conference play.
